Return Policy- Heater Parts
Due to the nature of these parts and
our business
no returns can be accepted nor refunds
made. "All sales are final."
Before you place an order for a part, please ensure that you want to own
it, because once placed, an order may not be cancelled & parts may not
be returned.
If there is any part of this statement that you don't understand, then
email us- before you order.
Troubleshoot your heater before you
order parts. Wrong parts are not returnable.
Refer to your parts manual.
Be sure that the part you order is the
part you need. Troubleshoot your heater before you order parts.
Exceptions:
- If we make a
mistake and send the wrong item
we will refund 100% including the return freight.
- To return an
item email us first at
reddyparts@bellsouth.net .
Explain the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. You will need to write this number on the
box below the shipping label. Returns without this number will not be
accepted and returned to sender. COD items will not be accepted.

Returns must include original invoice
and packaging and parts must be in a resalable condition.
- Damaged/missing
goods: If merchandise was damaged
in shipping, or parts are missing, immediately notify the carrier and
file a claim. Do not discard the shipping container or the
merchandise. Following this, call or write us for further
instructions.

We will share our years of experience
with you in an effort to make your heater operate to factory
specifications, based on the symptoms that you provide. Please
understand that any recommendation for trouble-shooting comes strictly
from your description and your opinion that has been given to our tech
staff over the internet or over the phone. If your heater was in our
shop, we may have a different evaluation of the problem. Therefore, no
returns can be accepted, and we cannot be responsible for a mis-diagnosis.
Our company and its staff must be held harmless for any problems that
may arise.

Refunds will be made by the same
method of payment.
- Your claim
must be made within 10 days of purchase.
We will not refund if:

The parts have been installed and/or
used. We can't sell used parts.

The merchandising package is damaged,
destroyed, or missing.

More than 10 days have elapsed since
the purchase.

If you order the wrong part.
