must know the correct Model of your heater because technology varies
between models. Without the correct model, we cannot help.
Do your homework before
contacting us.
Please....Fully describe the problem. We
can't help if you say:
" I plug it in and nothing
happens and I don't know the model of my heater, but it is white
with a black tank. Can you help?"
You must troubleshoot it-
we only help.

I had a man tell me "I wired a
220 plug on my heater war (wire) so that it would run on 110. My wife came into
the garage and plugged it into a 220 outlet. It smoked and now it
won't run. What did it burn up?"
I should not have made my next
statement...but I had to, "I'll bet you blamed your wife".
"You shoulda been a comedian,"
he quickly replied.
My reply, "You shoulda been an
electrician".
This is a true story. I couldn't
make this up!

If you are one of these folks,
at least troubleshoot the individual components before emailing. If
you can't figure out the troubleshooting take the heater to a repair
shop.
