Important: These are instructions appear on the package of all new rotors. It makes no difference whether you are replacing a 1/2" thick or 5/8" thick rotor, the procedure is the same. If you are replacing a 3/4" rotor see part number 079975-02&HA3004 which will easily convert your heater to a 1/2" rotor.
