Terms and Conditions for Pearl Abrasive Products:

Payment: Secure payment is provided through Verisign® . Other methods may be available. Since all Pearl Abrasive Products sold on this site are shipped directly from shipping points designated by Pearl Abrasive, and since Reddy Parts stocks no Pearl Abrasive products in-house, all products must be paid-in-full before shipment. There are no credit terms expressed or implied.

Minimum Order: Reddy Parts has a $10 minimum order. Additionally, Pearl Abrasive Company imposes a minimum order on us. If your order does not meet the minimum requirement of Pearl Abrasive Company you will be notified and given the choice to increase the order or cancel.

Shipments: Orders will be shipped from a Pearl Abrasive facility and the typical delivery time is 10 to 14 business days from the date of the order. Shipping method and date will be determined by Pearl Abrasive.

Product Warranty: Pearl Abrasive products are warranted exclusively by Pearl Abrasive Product. The final judgment on product warranty will be made by Pearl Abrasive Company.

RETURN POLICY for Pearl Abrasive Products:


Due to the nature of our business, Reddy Parts maintains an "all sales are final" policy. A return will only be accepted up to the duration and parameters of the manufacturer's warranty for exchange or repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect. Only items that have a manufacturer's defect will be considered for return. We sell only first quality merchandise. No seconds or remanufactured merchandise will be advertised or sold unless the item description clearly stated such.

  • The end user needs to acquire a Return Authorization from the customer service department at Reddy Parts.
  • The defective product then needs to be shipped in its original packaging to the location provided by the Customer Service Department at Reddy Parts.
  • No return shipments will be accepted by Reddy Parts., or by the manufacturer of the defective product, without the original packaging and Return Authorization.
  • Once received in satisfactory condition, the original product will be refunded, minus a restocking fee up to 25%, and the end user will be billed for the replacement product.
  • The original product must be returned in "As New" condition, in the original packaging and with a Return Authorization provided by the customer service department at Reddy Parts.

      Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be considered the property of the end user; and will be shipped back to the end user at the end user's expense. No refund will be provided for any product returned that does not meet all of these conditions.

Reddy Parts reserves the right to charge an additional 5% fee on all canceled orders, if the order has already been processed.
